CEO & Executive Team
Council's organisation structure is based on five Divisions that collectively manage and coordinate the full range of activities and services to the Hume community. Each Division is headed by a Director who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Council's Executive Management Team comprise the CEO and the five Directors.

Domenic Isola, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Domenic is responsible for the day-to-day running of Hume City Council, in particular, advising the Council on policy and strategic matters and management of operations in accordance with the Council Plan. The CEO is accountable to the democratically elected Council and ensures that the policy decisions and directives of the Council are carried out within the set budget, relevant timeframes and guidelines.
Steve Crawley, Director City Infrastructure
As Director City Infrastructure, Steve is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a
diverse range of services that support Council and the users of Council's infrastructure. External services include roads and drainage, waste collection and management, street cleansing, design, management and construction of sub-divisions, management of civil and traffic design requirements, delivery of the Capital Works Program, parks and open space, leisure and youth services, building control services and compliance, local laws and domestic animal management. Internal services include maintenance of Council buildings and facilities, maintenance of Council's fleet of vehicles and the management of Council's assets.
Kelvin Walsh, Director City Sustainability
As Director City Sustainability, Kelvin is responsible for managing the available human, financial and physical resources within the City of Sustainability Division to give excellent customer service and achieve Council objectives. The role is to support the Council and the CEO in providing strong community leadership and in pursuing the aspirations and full potential of the community. Areas covered include Strategic Planning, Statutory Town Planning, Economic Development, Environment and Urban Development.
Daryl Whitfort, Director City Governance and Information
As Director City Governance & Information, Daryl is responsible for managing corporate support and governance that ensures compliance with corporate business obligations, including risk management, financial planning and management, information services and technology, frontline customer service and telecommunications support, payroll services, purchasing services, cemetery operations and records management.
Margarita Caddick, Director City Communities
As Director City Communities, Margarita is responsible for Council services and functions that support the community, enhance wellbeing and provide opportunities to participate in the life of the City. These include community support services such as maternal and child health, child care, and aged and disability support services, health services, arts and cultural programs, social planning and community development and community safety.
Kylie Ezzy, Director Organisation and Community Learning
As Director Organisation and Community Learning, Kylie is responsible for Council's corporate planning and strategic decision making processes, providing human resources management and employee support, managing the Hume Global Learning Village and library services, research, marketing and communications for both Council and Hume City and facilitating organisational improvement.
