Assessment of Subdivision Plans

Assessment of plans lodged under the Subdivisions Act 1988. Hume City Council provides verbal advice and issues Statements of Compliance for Plans of Subdivision.

Certification of Plans of Subdivision and the release of Statements of Compliance are processes that have to occur to allow new land titles to be created. It is a specialist task that can only be initiated by a Licensed Land Surveyor. If you are proposing to subdivide land, then you should engage a Licensed Surveyor search the Yellow Pages under Land Surveyor.
