Broadmeadows Leisure Centre Redevelopment

The $11.85 million redevelopment of the Broadmeadows Leisure Centre Redevelopment is underway.  Construction of new car parking bays off Tanderrum Way and Pearcedale Parade is anticipated to be completed by the end of May with works to commence on the new pool and entrance in August 2012.

The Broadmeadows Leisure Centre Redevelopment will see the introduction of a new 50-metre pool as well as an internal remodel that will create a stunning new entrance off Tanderrum Way. The new water space will include a moveable boom to allow the pool to be separated into sections for multipurpose activities.

The project is being funded by Hume City Council with a $3.5 million contribution from the Victorian State Government.
