TechQuest Awards 2012
Winners announced at the TechQuest Awards ceremony
Hume City Council was proud to recognise the outstanding work of 38 entrants of the TechQuest Awards 2012.
Entrants showcased their creative talent through the use of multimedia based on the broad theme: ‘I am…we are’ – an exploration of my community.
Finalists demonstrating the most creative and effective use of mixed multimedia technologies won from a shared cash prize pool of over $6,000 and were formally recognised at an awards ceremony evening at the Hume Global Learning Centre - Craigieburn on Thursday 22 November.
All the participants are to be commended on their effort and for producing such high quality entries.
Projects that everyone put forward to display their creativity and skills in multimedia projects were based on the following three categories:
Adult ages: 19 and over
Youth ages: 13–18 inclusive
Junior ages: 12 and under
