How do I apply for a payment plan?

A payment plan can be an instalment plan, or an extension of time to pay.

Instalment plan: The minimum amount accepted for an instalment plan is $40.00 per fortnight, however we can offer a payment plan of $20.00 per fortnight if a copy of your pension card or health care card is provided.

Your details will be referred to our recovery team who will accept instalment payments on our behalf. They will write to you outlining the payment plan details and conditions.

Please note that all payment plans incur a fee of $5.50 and payments can only be made direct to our recovery agency.

Extension: An extension of 28 days can be granted upon request.

If you wish to apply for a payment plan (either an instalment plan, or an extension of time to pay), you or a person acting on your behalf can apply in writing to:

How do I appeal an infringement notice?
