| Energy Efficient Appliances (White Goods) | | State Government - NILs Loan $100 rebate. Available to individuals with a concession card. The appliance has to be 4 Star rated or higher. Whitegoods Appliance Rebate

| Ceiling Insulation | | Federal Government $1600 Home Insulation Program until 30 June 2011. Available to households with no or inadequate insulation who have not applied for the Solar Hot Water Rebate. Rebate will change after 1 July 2009, but will still be available.
Please note the Victorian Government rebate program closed on 31 March 2009, as it has been superseded by the Australian Government Homeowner Insulation Program and the Low Emission Assistance Plan for Renters.

| Rainwater Tanks | | Federal Government $500 State Government $150 - $1000
Under the FEDERAL rebate, eligible households can only receive $500 for a rainwater tank OR a grey water system.
National Rainwater and Greywater Initiatives
The State Government has extended the $1000 rainwater tank rebate to include smaller rainwater tanks. Residents installing a 4000 litre or greater rainwater tank plumbed into the toilet and laundry will receive a $1000 rebate. Details: www.ourwater.vic.gov.au
