News>Melbourne Cup comes to Sunbury!
|  Hume Mayor, Cr Jack Ogilvie had the great pleasure of holding the 2009 Melbourne Cup today. The Mayor and Council staff were lucky enough to meet up with Laurence Eales, owner of this year's Melbourne Cup winner, Shocking. Mr Eales lives in Emu Bottom near Sunbury.
