What rates do I pay for 2012/13?

The amount you will need to pay will vary according to the value of your property. The rate amount payable is listed on the front of the rate notice.

When should I expect to receive my annual notice?

Annual notices are mailed out each year in August.

For 2012/13 payment is by four instalments.

The payment dates are:

• 1st instalment: 30 September 2012
• 2nd instalment: 30 November 2012
• 3rd instalment: 28 February 2013
• 4th instalment: 31 May 2013

Does Council provide any other payment date options?

Council provides another payment option of nine monthly instalments, by direct debit only, commencing 30 September 2012.

Single payment

Council no longer offers the single payment option. If the payment of rates by four instalments is not possible you should contact Council's Rate Department to discuss alternative payment options by calling 9205 2200.
