Centre Based Meal Program
The Centre Based Meal Program aims to provide isolated elderly, and people with a disability, an opportunity to have a healthy, culturally specific, nutritionally valued three course meal.
This fortnightly program will create a pathway to bring together isolated members of the community to establish friendships and share in information to promote health and wellbeing.
