Youth Counselling Services

The Youth Counselling service is a free and confidential service for young people aged 12 – 24

Being young means you go through change. You have a lot of different feelings and emotions. Sometimes you might need a bit of help? Sometimes you might just have questions? 

Not sure why you are FEELING like you do?

Empower yourself to make changes in your life.

Counselling can help you:

• To work through stuff at school, TAFE and work 
• If you’re feeling depressed or lonely
• Think you have an eating problem
• If someone has died or moved away
• Feel like you are different or don’t fit in

• Family and friendships misunderstandings

Sometimes just talking about stuff can help.

We can meet you where you feel comfortable.
