Hume Charitable Fund

The Hume Charitable Fund is a Charitable Fund account of the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation and was established to support and distribute funds to charities in Hume City.

The Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation has been supporting charities across the Melbourne metropolitan area since 1923.

Hume City Council is encouraging applications from eligible Hume community organisations working in the areas of health and human care.

The Hume Charitable Fund accepts applications for a number of general grants up to the maximum value of $10,000 per individual charity.

Applications are now open for the latest round of Hume Charitable Fund grants

Hume Charitable Fund Grants applications are invited from Community groups whose main function is to provide support to welfare and human care organisations and in particular, to the disadvantaged in our Community in the following areas of support:

  • Family (Children, youth and family services)
  • Life (Aged Care, welfare and disability services)
  • Health

Applications will be accepted from Friday 07 September 2018 up until 5pm Friday 21 September 2018.
