Help us keep Craigieburn moving

Hume City Council is seeking feedback about local roads and traffic in areas of Craigieburn to identify where traffic management improvements could improve safety and traffic flow.

Mayor of Hume City, Cr Carly Moore said residents knew which streets and intersections they regularly travel on that could be more user-friendly.

“Drivers, pedestrians and cyclists using these local roads can highlight traffic concerns such as difficult intersections, speeding or congestion,” Cr Moore said.

“This feedback will help Council identify where traffic treatments, including speed humps, roundabouts, traffic islands, intersection upgrades or signage, could improve how these local roads flow.”

Feedback is being sought for streets located in:

  • Craigieburn West: bounded by Craigieburn Road, Bridgewater Road, James Mirams Drive and Aitken Boulevard, and;
  • Craigieburn East: bounded by Craigieburn Road, Bridgewater Road, Patullos Lane and the Craigieburn Railway Line.
