Advertising over the Christmas holiday period
Extended public notice period Tuesday 5 December 2023 through to Friday 5 January 2024

It is Council's practice to extend the Public Notice period during the holiday period. This practice is intended to ensure that interested parties are provided with adequate time to review information about an application, seek professional assistance, where required, and lodge a formal objection with Council, if desired.

Please be advised of the following information over the 2023/24 Christmas and New Year holiday period:

  • Friday 1 December 2023 will be the last day for installation/removal of advertising material for the 14 day notification period.
  • The extended 28 day advertising period commences from Tuesday 5 December 2023 through to Friday 5 January 2024.
  • The standard 14 day notification period will recommence on Tuesday 9 January 2024.
