This one hour class starts with an easy paced warm up and stretches, followed by moderately paced 'interval' type exercise to music, functional strength using body weight, resistance bands or hand weights and followed by gentle stretches (option of seated or standing). This class is an excellent way for older adults to improve and maintain their cardiovascular fitness, functional strength, bone density, range of movement and flexibility. Please bring a towel and water bottle.
