Keys to ensure a satisfying enjoyable workout:

  • if it is your first time, you are pregnant or you have any injuries or conditions, let the instructor know.
  • listen to the instructor for exercise modifications.
  • don't forget your workout towel and water bottle.
  • consume fluids before, during and after the class to maintain adequate hydration levels.
  • if you feel any discomfort, please stop and notify the instructor.
  • please arrive early for equipment based programs.
  • if you are using the Childcare service, please arrive on time to assist with class changeovers.
  • most classes are normally of 45-50 minute duration. Express classes run for 30 minutes.
  • classes may be cancelled or altered at any time without notification.
  • patrons will not be allowed entry once class has commenced.

Please note: Our timetables are updated quarterly or as the availability of trainers change and not all programs are available at all centres.

 Group Fitness icon - Aqua Aerobics A fun, social class in the water that is easy on the joints. Workout with less strain on the muscles while toning and becoming fit in the water.
 Group Fitness icon - Aqua Arthritis Aqua Arthritic is movement through water. Ideal for people who suffer with arthritis, osteoporosis or medical issues.
 Group Fitness icon - Aqua Deep Deep Water Aqua is a vigorous water exercise program to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone.
 Group Fitness icon - Aqua Moves Aqua Moves is a fun funky moving, exercise class in the pool. It provides core building strength in a weight less environment.
 Group Fitness icon - Aqua Rehab Aqua Rehabilitation is movement through water. Ideal for people who need rehabilitation, suffer with arthritis, osteoporosis or medical issues.
 Abs_Core icon Abs, Butts and Thighs is a gentle exercise class that is designed to focus on those problem areas like your stomach, tops of your legs and bottom. 
 BACK TO BASIC & NEW BEGINNINGS Back to Basics is a beginners, easy exercise program with a gradual build up to a light paced aerobics session.
 BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina.

 Group Fitness icon - Cardio Attack 30 min Cardio attack is a 30 minute express, sports-inspired cardio workout for strength and stamina.
 Group Fitness icon - Cardio Boxing Cardio-boxing is a great way to condition the whole body because it builds muscle strength, balance, agility and coordination all at the same time.
 CHAIR DANCE is an exercise program using the chair as a support whilst moving to the groove. Chair Dance is a support based gentle exercise program incorporating dance moves in the mix.

 Group Fitness icon - New beginnings New beginnings is an easy  exercise program with a gradual build up to a light paced aerobics session.
 Group Fitness icon - CXworks CXWorks is a quick, efficient workout in 30 minutes. Tough workout that challenges you mentally and physically.
 STEP is a freestyle choreographed class that burns calories. The full body, cardio workout will leave you energised and ready to go. (STEP Express session 20-30min) Stepping patterns are combined to promote coordination, power and conditioning. 
 Stretch classes for members Stretching classes are for you to improve range of motion of stiff muscles and joints. (Members only)
 Group Fitness icon - Tai Chi Green Tai Chi is a gentle form of martial art exercise, well known for its smooth flowing moves and health benefits.
 Hatha Yoga encourages alignment of the body using postures and stretches with the breathing techniques to develop flexibility and relaxation. A spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation. 
 Group Fitness icon - Yoga-laties Yoga-laties is a combination of Yoga and Pilates bringing balance to the mind body and spirit.
 ZUMBA programs are easy-to-follow and let you dance and move to the beat at your own speed.  A fun, energetic and funky cardio workout with easy to follow steps, all set to exotic Latin music and rhythms. Zumba is the most energetic, fun and party-like fitness class ever! A fantastic fitness style for both males and females.
