A free way to start your fitness journey

Please note that registrations have closed for the September FitCamp. Details on other FitCamps will be made available shortly.

If you're not a member of our leisure centres, we will help you kickstart your fitness journey with the free FitCamp four-week challenge.

FitCamp is a program designed to improve muscular strength, endurance as well as cardiovascular fitness. It’s great for weight loss, muscle toning and overall fitness.

FitCamp sessions will cover a variety of activities, so they’ll never feel repetitive. Activities can include equipment-based training, body-weight exercises, endurance training and team-based activities.

You’ll be supported along the challenge with advice, a free nutrition seminar and before and after body measurements (optional).

Register below by Thursday 30 August to get started, and don't forgot to invite a friend or two along with you!
