Furniture
Tables and chairs are provided for use within the meeting room. They are kept in the storeroom, and can be set up to suit your requirements, whether you are hosting a meeting, class, or function.

The lightweight trestle tables are rectangular in shape and are 1.82m x 0.74m in size. For exact quantities please contact the bookings team.

Kitchenette
The meeting room has a kitchenette with a small bar fridge, microwave, and an instant hot/cold water system.

Heating/Cooling
This heating and cooling is pre-programmed and available centre wide, ensuring a consistent temperature no matter the weather outside. The meeting room also has ceiling fans.   

AV Equipment
The meeting room has a projector, screen, and speakers available for use, making it a perfect space for your next class or meeting. 

Yes, off street parking is available at the Cleveland Drive Community Centre. There are 54 spaces and 2 accessibility spaces which are shared between the meeting room, childcare and maternal child and health services. On-street parking is also available nearby the facility.   

Yes, this venue is fully accessibility friendly. 

While this space is not suitable for a band or DJ to play, you are welcome to utilise our speakers and entertain your guests with your favourite playlist.

However, please be mindful that this facility is located in a residential area and amplified music is not permitted. 

The Cleveland Drive Community Centre meeting room is a blank canvas that you can make your own by decorating the facility to suit your event or theme.

Permitted decorations include anything that is not fixed to the walls and will not damage the facility including: table decorations such as weighted balloon displays, flower arrangements, and any other items that can be affixed using non-marking adhesive such as blue tac.

Smoke machines, confetti cannons, candles, un-weighted helium balloons, and flammable materials such as hay bales are not permitted.
