A great fun workout, learning dance routines whilst sitting or with the aid of a chair. 

• BALC: Monday, 11.30am – 12.30pm, Friday 11.30am – 12.30pm

Work-it is an exercise program that provides the opportunity for people with a disability to get active. Join for the dancing, stay for the laughs.

Move and groove to your favourite tunes whilst learning all the new dance styles in Hip Hop.

Blind Sports and Recreation Victoria have partnered with Hume City Council to offer adults who are blind or vision impaired to get fit in our Aqua exercise class. Carers are free of charge.

Swimability provides swimming lessons for children with autism, auditory processing delay, communicating difficulties, sensory processing difficulties and development delay. All inclusive dance party for 12 to 17 years to have some fun.
