Third COVID-19 vaccine

Booster shots are available to people aged over 18 years old who have received their second COVID-19 vaccination at least four months ago. Your third dose increases your immunity against COVID-19 and helps to prevent the spread of the virus.

Booster shots are free and can be booked at your GP and local pharmacy, or a vaccination centre.

Both Pfizer and Moderna third doses are available and you are eligible to receive either regardless of which COVID-19 vaccine you received for your initial doses.
