Hume Community Change Makers

Diverse community with great ideas

Hume Community Change Makers is a free seven week program of workshops and networking sessions that are focused on supporting community-led activities or ideas that create great outcomes in our community.

Sessions cover a variety of different topics including:

  • How to develop community projects or activities and engage participants
  • Identifying stakeholders and developing partnerships or collaborations
  • Understanding how decision making happens at Council and how to become involved in it.

Please note, the program is for people who live or work in Hume City only.

You do not have to have a lot of experience to be part of the program, but this program is for people who want to be more connected and active in their communities.

Applications for the 2022 program are now closed.
