Would you like to contribute to a creative project for the Hume Winter Lights Festival and learn about projection art?

Hume City Council have partnered with the Little Projection Company for young people to come together and lead the creation of projection artworks that will be showcased at this year’s Hume Winter Lights Festival on 17 June 2023 from 6pm – 10pm.

The works will be co-designed with young people facilitated by professional artists.

Youth Advocacy Projection Project Workshops

If you are an artist, interested in creative pursuits, youth advocacy or simply want to learn and support an amazing project, then register into the Youth Advocacy Projection Project workshops below. These workshops are for young people aged 15-24.

If under 18 years, parental/carer consent is required.

  • Workshop 1: Monday 1 May 2023 from 4pm - 6pm at the Craigieburn Youth Centre
  • Workshop 2: Sunday 14 May 2023 from around 11am - 3pm at Craigieburn Youth Centre (to be discussed at the initial workshop with all participants)
