Council is committed to ensuring that all young people in Hume are healthy, safe, connected, and have opportunities to thrive. Hume Youth Engagement & Pathways Unit (YEP) provides a range of responsive and integrated programs, initiatives and events that support young people aged 6 to 24 years to connect and thrive.

We work in partnership with schools, service providers, and community agencies to deliver supports that enhance social connection and mental health & wellbeing. We provide opportunities for young people to learn new skills such as advocacy, leadership and life-readiness, and supports that enable successful pathways to learning, training and employment.
