Youth Leadership and Advocacy Opportunities

Calling all young leaders, change makers and young people wanting to be more involved in their local community!

The Youth Engagement and Pathways Unit is looking for young people aged 12-24 who live in Hume and would like to take part in leadership and advocacy opportunities and programs in 2023. 

Opportunities will include:  

  • FReeZA
  • Hume Youth Action Committee
  • YMCA Youth Parliament program

If these opportunities are of interest to you and you would like more information, please fill out the Expression of Interest Form below.

One of our Youth Support Officers will then be in touch to speak to you more about the types of programs you are interested in.

As opportunities arise in 2023, we can send you information about programs, activities and events that may interest you.

If you are under the age of 18, please obtain parent/guardian consent prior to filling out the Expression of Interest form.
