Future-proof your rental property for energy efficiency

Do you own or manage a rental property? Hear how to make your property energy efficient, ready for the new standards proposed by the Victorian Government. 

At this online session, an energy expert from Renew will talk through:

• the new proposed minimum energy efficiency standards for ceiling insulation, draught proofing, cooling, and hot water systems, as well as an uplift in existing standards for heating and shower roses
• when the new standards take effect and how rental property owners can prepare their properties for the changes, for example upgrading to products available through the Hume Home Energy Upgrades program
• how efficient electric and/or thermal improvements add value to properties and help retain tenants
• financial support, including rebates available for home energy efficiency improvements and tax deductibility
