Many parts of Hume City are still seeing the impact of the storms on Friday 29 October.

As of early December, we’ve resolved close to 1,100 requests. Urgent requests (anything that posed a hazard or risk to community) have been dealt with first.

There are close to 1,000 requests that we still need to action. Due to this ongoing workload and the availability of our contractors, any non-urgent requests – which may include branches on the nature strips or trees and branches down in your local parks – will continue to be resolved over the coming months.

If you have made a request that is yet to be resolved, please know that we are getting to it as soon as possible.

We understand that storm damage has affected our community, which is why we are providing two additional free mulching days in December to help residents looking to dispose of any tree branches.
