How do I book a ticket?
This event is free for the community. You don't need a ticket but we recommend registering your interest so organisers have an idea of expected attendance. Registering your interest will also ensure that you get the latest news for this event - including movie selections!
How do I reserve my seats for the movies?
Since the event takes place outdoors, there is no designated seating. First in best dressed. We recommend arriving early so you can pick the spot that best suits you and your party.
There are no seats nor beanbags provided, so please bring your own chairs, rugs or picnic mats to enjoy the movies. Please note, the event site is on a decent slope.
What should I wear or bring to the event?
We recommend that you dress according to the weather. It may get cold at night once the sun goes down. Umbrellas are permitted. Please bring your own chairs, rugs, blankets or picnic mats for seating.
What happens if it rains?
The event will proceed whether rain or shine, and will only be cancelled in the instance of severe weather. If that happens, we will notify registered attendees via email updates. Please register your interest if you wish to get these notices. Updates will also appear on our website and social media.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You are welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages. No glass is permitted. We also have food on offer to purchase at the event.
Can I bring my pets?
Yes, the event is pet friendly. All pets must be on a leash and owners must always keep control of their pets.
Is there parking available?
Parking is only available on neighbouring streets, including Eadie and Aitken Streets. Motorists with an Accessible (Disabled) Parking Permit can park at The Nook carpark on Vaughan Street.
Is public transportation available?
Yes, Bus 479 and Bus 486 stop in front of The Nook on Vaughan Street. Please refer to Public Transport Victoria website and app on the day for route information and updates.
Where can I do pick ups and drop offs near the event?
You can drop off or pick up family and friends at The Nook carpark on Vaughan Street. There will be a traffic marshal managing this.
Who can attend?
The event is open to all ages. Please note the movie ratings to determine suitability for children.
