It’s a challenging time right now so we want to make sure you have all the information you need to keep yourself and your family safe!

If you’ve got questions about coronavirus come along to our free information sessions in Punjabi, delivered in partnership with The Water Well Project. The interactive sessions will be delivered by a qualified health care professional and an interpreter who will answer your questions in a safe space online. The sessions will cover:

  • What is coronavirus (COVID-19)
  • Symptoms of coronavirus
  • How, when and where to get tested
  • How to protect yourself and others
  • Social and physical distancing
  • When to see a doctor
  • Taking care of your mental health
  • Current restrictions and government directives.

Sessions will take place on Zoom on Thursday 6 August at 3pm and Friday 7 August at 10am.

There is a limit of 20 participants per session. If the session you are interested in is already full add your details to the waitlist and if there is enough interest, we will arrange another session.
