Preschool/Kinder and Three Year Old Activity Program

Three Year Old Activity Program:  

Registrations for 3 Year Old Activity Program for the following years are available to download here.

• 2020 (for children born between 1 May 2016 and 30 April 2017) 

• 2021 (for children born between 1 May 2017 and 30 April 2018) are open - Registrations for 2021 will open from 2 March 2020. PLEASE NOTE - No registrations will be accepted before this date. 

3 Year Old Activity Term Fees

Term Fees are calculated in line with the adopted annual budget.  Families will receive an invoice prior to the commencement of each term.  3 Year Old Activity Program Fees for 2020 are $255 per term.  Fees are non refundable and no pro rata fees are applicable. Council's preferred method of 3 Year Old Activity fees is by Direct Debit. Click here for the Direct Debit Request Form.

Four Year Old Preschool:

Registrations for Four Year Old Preschool for the following years are available to download here. 

• 2020 (for children born between 1 May 2015 and 30 April 2016) - Registrations currently open

• 2021 (for children born between 1 May 2016 and 30 April 2017) - Registrations currently open

• 2022 (for children born between 1 May 2017 and 30 April 2018) - Registrations for 2022 will open from 2 March 2020. PLEASE NOTE - No registrations will be accepted before this date. 

4 Year Old Preschool Term Fees

Term Fees are calculated in line with the adopted annual budget.  Families will receive an invoice prior to the commencement of each term.  4 Year Old Preschool Fees for 2020 are $376 per term.  Preschool fee subsidy may apply to eligible families.  Contact our preschool accounts officer on 9205 2573 to see if you are eligible.  Term Fees are non refundable and no pro rata fees are applicable. Council's preferred method of preschool fees is by Direct Debit. Click here for the Direct Debit Request Form.

Four Year Old Preschool Centres

Preschool registrations can be lodged from 1 March, two years in advance of attendance, at any Council office. A photocopy of the child's birth certificate or passport and a non-refundable $16 administration fee is required. This fee may be waived for concession card holders. Please read the registration form for further details.

How Do I Change My Registration / Enrolment?

To amend your registration / enrolment details download our Change of Registration Details Form. Please return the completed form to your nearest Hume City Council Customer Service Centre, or alternatively email the form to preschool@hume.vic.gov.au

Note: for changes to program preferences submitted by 30 June in the year prior to attendance, the original registration date will be retained. Changes to preferences submitted after 30 June in the year prior to attendance will result in a new registration date.
