Rates & Valuations

We understand the coronavirus is having an enormous impact on our community.

To support ratepayers during this time, we have introduced a range of initiatives.

You can apply online for a payment plan, change a current payment arrangement or defer this quarter's instalment if you're experiencing extreme financial hardship.

We will not charge interest on any outstanding debt incurred between 1 June 2020 and 31 December 2020.

We encourage ratepayers who can continue to make payments to please do so. The legislated penalty interest rate will apply to any outstanding balances as of 1 January 2021.

The application will take about five minutes to complete and you will need your property number listed on your rates notice.

Please wait to you receive your May instalment rates notice before submitting your application. Rates notices will be delivered from 27 April on wards and will include important information such as your property number and the total amount owing.
