Forever Young

The Forever Young Planned Activity Groups caters for people with Dementia, in a social group setting. The programs include enjoyable centre and community-based activities that foster personal growth and enhance quality of life.

Planned Activity Group programs aim to offer carers a break; allowing them to rest, visit family and friends or simply have some uninterrupted time to themselves.

This program is available to all residents of Hume, however participation in these programs is subject to an assessment to identify eligibility.

Where: Lynda Blundell Centre ,185 Blair Street, Dallas 3047
When: Every Tuesday
Time: 9am – 3pm
Cost: As assessed
Lunch: Included
Transport: Provided to and from home

Coolibah Social Support Program - Craigieburn

The Coolibah Social Support Program offers the opportunity for older people in Craigieburn and surrounding areas to:

  • Socialise and build friendships
  • Share experiences and memories
  • Be entertained by visiting performers and guest speakers
  • Participate in activities which promote learning and personal development
  • Enjoy morning tea and a nutritious lunch
  • Take part in the planning of upcoming activities

Where: Craigieburn Leisure Centre ,127 – 147 Craigieburn Road, Craigieburn
When: Every Friday
Time: 10am – 3pm
Cost: As assessed
Lunch: Included
Transport: Provided to and from home
