Expressions of Interest for artists to exhibit in the Hume Galleries in 2020 have now closed.

 In 2020, artists will be able to exhibit in three state of the art gallery spaces;

  • Broadmeadows Town Hall Gallery Broadmeadows (new venue);
  • Gee Lee-Wik Doleen Gallery Hume Global Learning Centre – Craigieburn; and
  • Sunbury Gallery Hume Global Learning Centre – Sunbury (new venue).

Each of these spaces offer exciting opportunities for local artists to contribute to the vibrant culture of Hume with work that complements a diverse program of touring and curated exhibitions.

In 2020, we also invited artists to propose ideas for one-off performances, workshops or events that enrich the Hume community’s engagement with multiple art forms.

Creative expression is one way we celebrate Hume’s rich cultural diversity, fascinating history and landscapes. This was a brilliant opportunity for local artists to exhibit their work in our beautiful galleries, free of charge and with a high level of technical and promotional support.
