Fear and anxiety are part of a normal range of emotions, but there seems to be an increasing number of parents and carers who believe their young person worries too much.

This interactive workshop will look into:

  • how to deal with emotions
  • learn how others might deal with worries
  • get some strategies to help you and your adolescent child deal with anxiety
  • learn how to begin to change the anxiety levels you and your adolescent child may be experiencing.

Light refreshments provided. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements.

Book your free place with Eventbrite.
