Summer Sessions is coming to Mickleham! Come along with friends and family and enjoy free activities from 6pm with Toy Story 4 kicking off at 7pm.

Event information

Music: Enjoy an hour of music from 6pm - 7pm by Melbourne-based acoustic singer-songwriter Helena Riley. 

Food/ drinks: Treat yourself to an ice cream at Summer Sessions: Movies and Music or grab a snack at canteen. There will also be sausage sizzle available.

Free kids activities:

  • Face painting
  • Mini golf 

What to bring: Enjoy Summer Sessions: Movies and Music with your family and friends and bring along:

  • A hat and sunscreen to stay sun safe. If rain is forecast, pack a coat;
  • Picnic essentials (alcohol not permitted) and a picnic rug to sit and enjoy the movie and music;
  • Bring cash to purchase food, drink and amusements (ATM will not be available); and
  • A reusable drink bottle to help us reduce plastic waste.

Parking: Free parking is available.

Disability Access: Summer Sessions: Movies and Music are wheelchair accessible.

Safety: This is a drug and alcohol-free event. No smoking is permitted onsite.

Toilets: Existing toilets are available at each Summer Sessions venue.

Waste Wise Event: Summer Sessions: Movies and Music is a Hume City Council Waste Wise Event. This means we’d like to ask for your help to recycle and reduce our waste tonight. Before you throw something out, please stop and check the signs at the bin stations. Put your waste in the right bin.

Video and Photography: A photographer and a videographer will be onsite during the event. Photographs/footage will be used for promotional purposes on the Hume City Council’s website and social media sites. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the photographer/ videographer know.
