Communication Equipment on Council Property Policy

The Draft Communication Equipment on Council Property Policy (Policy) establishes the terms and conditions which will form the basis for decisions on whether a Council Property is suitable for use to accommodate communication equipment under a lease or licence.

The Policy provides guidelines for the development of lease and licence agreements which clearly define the conditions and requirements under which Council Property will be used for communication equipment.

The Policy will ensure a transparent and consistent process is undertaken when determining the suitability of the Council Property and negotiating and entering into leases and licences.
