Community Survey 2017

Hume City Council invited all residents to provide feedback on what is important to them and how well they think Council is performing on a range of different services we provide by completing a community survey.

Until Friday 1 December residents may have been randomly contacted to complete a survey over the telephone.

For those residents, who wanted to complete a survey but were not contacted by telephone, the survey could have been completed online or by visiting one of Council’s Customer Service Centres for a hardcopy of the survey.  The survey was also available in Turkish, Arabic and Vietnamese. These surveys could have been requested from Customer Service or completed online.

Resident feedback helps Council determine future priority areas and ensure we continue to meet community needs. Results of the survey will be published in Hume Pride next year.
