Proposed planning scheme changes for 2-16 Nicholas Street, Broadmeadows

The land at 2-16 Nicholas Street, Broadmeadows is surplus to Victorian Government needs, and will be rezoned and sold for housing.  Redevelopment of the site will include private housing and new social housing as part of the Victorian Government’s housing strategy Homes for Victorians Inclusionary Housing Pilot.

A public information session about the proposed planning controls and Inclusionary Housing Pilot was held on Thursday 14 December 2017, 6.30pm – 7.30pm at the Hume Global Learning Centre, 1093 Pascoe Vale Road Broadmeadows.

Submissions closed at 5pm 22 December.
