What are we doing?

In 2021, Council invited feedback from the community on improvements to the playspace at Highgate Recreation Reserve, Craigieburn. More information about the consultation period can be found here.

As part of the project, we'll:

  • install new play equipment
  • install new seating and picnic tables
  • improve garden beds and plant trees
  • install a drinking fountain
  • build a new shelter
  • install BBQ facilities
  • add line-marking to the shared path.
When will these works be complete?

The construction contract for these works has not yet been awarded, however construction is likely to commence in late 2024.
