Our communications will look a little different during the 2024 Local Government Council election period.
“It’s always really daunting getting out of the house with a newborn baby.” Thuy understands that despite the magic surrounding having a baby, the journey is filled with many challenges – getting active being one of them.
When she’s not busy working as a midwife, Thuy spends her time building much needed support networks and programs for new mothers through Kangatraining – “the ultimate baby-wearing workout for mums and bubs.”
Aside from the obvious benefits of this fun and different way to get moving, Thuy believes kangatraining is about more than just getting active. It "provides a safe environment for mums to get to know each other... [and] brings out friendship in the journey [they’re] all sharing together as one.”
Are you willing to give it a go?
