Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to make a booking?

Yes, to make a booking you will need to register for an account. You can still view available facilities and spaces without an account.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards using bookable and BPAY.
Cash, Cheque and EFTPOS are also accepted in person at our Customer Service centres.

Can I pay over the phone?

No, we do not accept over the phone payments.

I’ve made a booking, what happens next?

Your booking will be reviewed by a Council officer, who will confirm your booking or contact you for additional information.

How far in advance can I make a booking?

Bookings are open until the end of the current calendar year. If you would like to enquire about a booking beyond the end of the calendar year, please contact

How do I find my invoice?

Once you’re booking is confirmed, you will be sent a copy of your invoice to the email address you used to make the booking. You can also access your invoices by logging in and selecting My Account. Select the three dots next to any booking and you can download the invoice.  

How do I access the venue on the day of my booking?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with information on how to access the venue and collect your key (if applicable).

How do I cancel a booking?

Once you are logged in, select My Account then click into the booking you wish to cancel. Select Cancel Entire Booking next to Booking Overview. 

Please note that cancellation fees may apply, refer to the terms and conditions of your booking.

I've already paid and need to make a change or cancel the booking, will I be refunded?

If you have more future bookings booked that have not been paid, a credit will be applied for the cost difference and there is no action required.

If you do not have any more bookings coming up, any credit generated by the cancellation or booking change will be refunded.
