We're providing flexible payment options for those in financial hardship. If you’re having trouble paying your rates you can apply for a weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment plan. You can also make changes to an existing payment plan if you need to. 

We encourage ratepayers who can continue to make payments to please do so. The legislated penalty interest rate of 10 per cent per annum will apply to any outstanding balances as of 1 July 2022.
