Artist: Sugar (with Just Another Agency)

This site was a pilot project emerging from a discussion between Hume’s Waste & Sustainability and Arts & Culture teams about graffiti on several CFA tanks in the rural areas of the municipality.  Just Another Agency recommended street artist Sugar who developed concepts designs related to the local landscape that were then finalised in consultation with the CFA.
