Weekly meditation and mindfulness workshop conducted by the Australian School of Meditation and Yoga!

This practical, hands-on workshop teaches effective, practical techniques that can easily be added to your daily routine.

  • Silent Witness meditation
  • Japa meditation
  • Kirtan meditation (meditation to music)
  • Attentive listening meditation and mindfulness
