Rapid antigen tests

Rapid antigen tests (RATs) are the easiest way to test for COVID-19. You should test for COVID-19 using a rapid antigen test:

  • if you have COVID-19 symptoms (even if they are mild)
  • if you have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19
  • before visiting an aged care facility, disability care facility or a hospital
  • before visiting people with a disability, elderly people, or people at higher risk of severe COVID-19 illness.

We're thrilled to have been able to provide our community with free Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) through the Hume City Council-funded distribution program. As this initiative draws to a close, we want to express our gratitude for your participation and support.

Please note that free RATs will no longer be available after May 20th, or until stocks are depleted, whichever comes first. We encourage you to seize this final opportunity to collect your free RATs at the following locations.
