Hume City Council is excited to be supporting more IDAHOBIT activities this year. We are celebrating in different ways and are also supporting activities run by the Sunbury Aboriginal Corporation and Sunbury Cobaw Community Health.

Council is committed to the support and inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, intersex, queer, gender diverse and asexual (LGBTIQA+) communities.

The International Day against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) on Friday 17 May, 2024 is a global day that acknowledges and raises awareness about the harms caused by discrimination to members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Join us for a variety of initiatives and events headlined by our Multicultural IDAHOBIT Celebration in Craigieburn.
