Professional Creative Practice Workshop - Marketing your Practice

Hume City Council is offering a skills development workshop for creative practitioners. This workshop will support artists to develop essential skills to promote their creative practice and engage broader audiences.

At this session, you will learn how to:

  • develop content for website and media releases
  • learn strategies for effective use of social media
  • build audiences through marketing and branding

Presenter: Michelle Tseng has over nine years of marketing experience in the arts sector. She was formerly the Head of Marketing at Melbourne Fringe and had worked for the organisation for five years before her recent move to the ABC. Michelle is Australian-Taiwanese, who specialises in campaign management, marketing strategy and community engagement. She previously delivered successful marketing campaigns for Arts House, Dance Massive, Melbourne International Comedy Festival and more.

Free unlimited parking is available onsite and accessed via Brook St.
