How can I dispose of my waste if I don’t have a trailer or can’t get to a Resource Recovery Centre?

All Hume residents, including renters, can use their waste vouchers to book a free hard waste collection if they’re unable to transport items themselves. Find out more or make a booking here.

How do I dispose of a vape?

Vapes and e-cigarettes can be dropped off for free in the designated bins at our Hume Global Learning Centres in Broadmeadows, Craigieburn and Sunbury. 

There is no need to remove the battery – leave it in the vape.

How can I find out where to dispose of waste that isn’t safe for my kerbside bin?
