Advertising over the Christmas holiday period 2025/26

It is Council's practice to extend the Public Notice period during the holiday period.

This practice is intended to ensure that interested parties are provided with adequate time to review information about an application, seek professional assistance, where required, and lodge a formal objection with Council, if desired.

Please be advised of the following information regarding the Public Notice of Planning Applications (advertising to interested parties) over the 2025/26 Christmas and New Year holiday period.

Tuesday 2 December 2025 will be the last day for installation/removal of advertising material for the 14 day notification period.
The extended 28 day advertising period commences from Friday 5 December 2025 through to Friday 9 January 2026.
The standard 14 day notification period will recommence on Friday 9 January 2026.
