We're redeveloping the Willowbrook Recreation Reserve Pavilion to create a more comfortable, accessible and welcoming space for the community.

What we're doing

The upgrades to Willowbrook Recreation Reserve include:

demolition of the existing pavilion and building a new pavilion
upgrading the existing car park
improved accessibility and access, including improved paths, new ramps, stairs and lifts
enhancements to the surrounding open space
installing and connecting site services.

Why we're doing it

The redevelopment of Willowbrook Recreation Reserve Pavilion will deliver a modern and accessible facility that better meet the needs of our growing community. The project will improve access, amenity and usability, ensuring people of all abilities can comfortably enjoy the space for sport, recreation and community activities.

When it'll be complete

Construction commenced in May 2026 and is due to be completed in early 2027.
