We're creating a new space for our community to get active outdoors and involved in sport locally.

What are we doing?

We're building the Bridges Recreation Reserve. This reserve will provide an exciting new sporting opportunity for women and men in the Craigieburn community, as well as other spaces for everyone to enjoy.

This project will include:

  • 4 x rugby league pitches

  • 8 x touch football fields

  • Sports Lighting

  • Pavilion

  • Car parking

  • Landscaping and pathways around the site

  • Playspace

  • Public Amenities

When will it be complete?

Construction is due to be completed in late 2023.

Partnerships

This project is being delivered in partnership between Hume City Council, NRL, NRL Victoria, and Melbourne Storm.
