Drop in to this session to receive free advice about home electricity, gas and water bills and learn how to lower your bills. Advisors will be there to:
- help you understand your bills and check that you are getting a good deal
- check you are receiving any concessions you are eligible for
- share tips on saving energy at home
- discuss other support available, such as payment plans
- advise on installing solar, including discounts for concession card holders
- help resolve complaints about electricity, gas and water companies

On the day you can speak to staff from Uniting Vic. Tas. Energy Support, Yarra Valley Water WaterCare and the Hume City Council Solar Roll-Out.
An Arabic speaker will be there to assist.
